Professor Emerita at the University of new Hampshire School of Law has recently joined the Manchester law office of Manning and Zimmerman as an of counsel attorney.
Attorney Ellen Musinsky came to this firm after spending a long time of her career in training young law students at law school in various fields. Her basic focus has been in the areas of family, juvenile, social security and nonprofit co operations. Attorney Musinsky’s student at the law school worked in an externship program where the students had to work outside the school for credit. Attorney Musinsky ran this externship program and gave out instructions to the students on professional development. Her work at the law school continues on a part-time basis in the externship program and in curriculum planning. Attorney Musinsky will work in the areas of divorce/family law and the issues concerning social security disability at the firm.
Attorney Musinsky has said that she is eager to work at the firm and is looking forward to practice law there. She stated that teaching students has been an enlightening experience but she has missed the opportunity to help clients with their legal matters. Lawyer Musinsky has 25 years of experience prosecuting in New Hampshire courts and both state and federal administrative agencies. She has been actively participating with numerous community organizations; she actively played an important role in assisting different laws and has received many awards for her efforts and achievements. She has also lectured audiences mainly on family law and social security law.
